Hello!#
This is a home for thoughts and ideas that I have. I’ve always enjoyed journaling and reading about things. I have always wanted to share the things I have come across. This site is the home for exactly that.
My goal is to share things I am learning about and working on in a few ways:
Posts#
The posts category will house polished ideas and general things I want to feel are worth publishing, in some official way. I expect the output of this to be pretty slow and meaningful.
Luckily, I plan on combating my tendency for perfectionism and extremely infrequent posts by posting more frequently in the journal section.
Journal Entries#
The journal page will be a place where more informal, rough drafts of what I’m doing and thinking will live. This category should be a lot more active, but will be a lot less polished and unorganized.
Eventually, the idea is to create a final “post” using the material gained from journal entries. So, most of the time, posts won’t be something totally new, but should be a lot easier to read.
Expectations#
I like learning about: languages, space and astronomy, physics, computer science, programming, photography, and travel. My goal is to share what I’m interested in without worrying too much about sticking to anything specific.
Currently this whole project is still definitely a work in progress, but as I figure things out along the way, I’ll be sure to update this page to reflect that.
Thanks for reading!
Permanent Pages#
A place for some documents that live outside of posts (like reading lists, or other information)
Recommendations for things that I have read, am reading, or plan on reading.
Currently Reading Nothing at the moment
Up Next Linear Algebra Done Right An Open Access book about mathematics. Specifically a book about Linear Algebra. I’m re-teaching myself some math to get better at reading more technical subjects. I’ve seen it recommended and it looks like a great resource. Read Until the End of Time A science-focused book that covers a wide range of subjects (still mostly relating to science). I’ve come across several sections that have made me stop and go down deep rabbit holes searching for more information. Great collection of ideas.
